CFNE’s 425 social note investors play a crucial role in our ability to achieve our mission and vision. The majority of those social note investors are individuals, but many are faith-based groups, foundations, co-ops, and nonprofits. That community and investor support has helped grow our loan fund to over $60MM– its largest size yet!
Through our loan fund we finance co-op businesses, grocery stores, housing, and manufactured housing parks so they can establish themselves, expand, and thrive. And the Prospectus is where it all begins!
Any person or institution interested in investing should first review our Prospectus. We update the Prospectus on an annual basis, during the summer. You can always find the most recent version on our website.
Key info on the 2025-2026 Prospectus:
- Good news for interested investors in Arizona! That state has been added to the list of states and US territories where we offer our Social Investment Notes (“Notes”). You can find the complete list of states and territories on the Invest page of our website.
- As always it includes updated disclosures, financial reports, and organizational activity. ● There were no changes to our investment terms.
Fyi, if you are currently an investor with us, this new version of the Prospectus does not impact your existing investments. It would only come into play if you decided to invest in a new Note.
* Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
** CFNE may restructure loans experiencing repayment difficulties. The loan loss allowance was established based upon our best estimates. Ultimate losses may vary from current estimates.
*** Rates for new investments or renewals are subject to change.
CFNE’s securities are unsecured debt securities subject to terms, conditions and risks described in our Prospectus, including risk of possible loss of the amount invested. Payment
is dependent on CFNE’s financial condition at the time payment is due. This is not an offer to sell you our securities. The offering is made solely by the Prospectus and only in states or jurisdictions where authorized. Before investing, you should read our Prospectus.
