Join our 3-Part Mini Course to learn how to design, manage, and govern your own co-op. You will get opportunities for community coaching during each session, access to weekly office hours, and time for 1-on-1 support following the series!

April 22

Design Your Co-op: learn how to design your own co-op in this community coaching session with other cooperators at the start of their journey.

May 20
12:00pm – 1:30pm
Manage Your Co-op: learn about different co-op business models. In this session we will explore open book management, discuss the benefit of sharing business intelligence, and give practical suggestions of how to get your members to follow the numbers story of the co-op.

June 24
12:00pm – 1:30pm
Govern Your Co-op: this workshop is focused on co-op ownership, governance, and co-creating community. Connect with other co-op curious entrepreneurs and dive into strategies that could work for your co-op!
