The Cooperative Fund of the Northeast will hold its annual meeting on September 29th in Brattleboro, Vermont at the Brattleboro Food Co-op. Please let this serve as legal notice and forward to any interested parties. The meeting agenda includes officer elections, committee assignments, and the usual reporting for the four months ending August 31. The slate for officers submitted by the executive committee include:
- Marilyn Scholl as President
- Bonnie Hudspeth as Vice President
- Andy Danforth as Treasurer
- Matt Feinstein as Clerk/Secretary
Nominations from the floor are also welcome. Committee assignments will be made and we will be looking for committee chairs, in particular a Development Committee Chair. Board meeting dates and meeting places for 2019 will also be determined at the annual meeting.
